Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to France and Belgium.

Shipping Rates

  • Free Standard Shipping: Available on all orders.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 5–10 business days.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email containing your tracking information. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website or contact our customer support team for assistance.

Shipping Issues

If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us as soon as possible at help@tryzafora.com. We'll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue promptly and ensure your Zafora order reaches you as quickly as possible.

Address Changes

Need to update your shipping address? Please contact us at help@tryzafora.com within 2 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address.

Customs & Import Fees

Orders shipped within the European Union generally are not subject to additional customs duties or import taxes upon delivery. If any local fees apply due to regional regulations, they are the responsibility of the customer.
